Chad Greer, a former Assistant United States Attorney and Assistant District Attorney, established himself as a significant force. Some of Mr. Greer’s achievements as a prosecutor include prosecuting a 1979 cold case of rape and murder through DNA analysis, indicting a case of first impression on a defendant charged with using a file-sharing program to distribute child pornography, creatively generating a case of first impression- first prosecutor in Oklahoma to charge a defendant with attempted murder for knowingly transmitting the AIDS virus to his daughter, and securing the longest criminal sentence in the history of Tulsa County for a defendant: 10 life sentences or 10,000 years in the Department of Corrections.

Mr. Greer earned a B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from the University Of Tulsa College Of Law. He prosecuted multiple federal criminal cases, attaining a conviction rate of more than 95 percent. In 2004, Mr. Greer received the United States Attorney General’s Award for Superior Performance as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. Since leaving the U.S. Attorney’s office, Mr. Greer has been defending criminal cases in state and federal courts. He has enjoyed great success in this endeavor and Mr. Greer adds significant litigation firepower to the Graham, Allen & Brown team.
